Ive been talking to this girl about a year now, So I usually start off the conversation. This wasn't the case 3 months ago. Also she makes very little attempt to keep the convorsation going. Most of the time she takes a long time to reply. How do I text her without coming off as "needy?" Or even better, I could just call, but she seems to have an excuse as to why she can't.
