Dry wit/ sarcasm works great. I work at a restaurant and I use this on the girls I work with. Give them a little shit for minor mistake or a sarcastic joke. Then give a smile or a wink so they don't take it so seriously as to think they're actually reprimanded or something.

As an example, I actually used this on a guy friend but you could easily do the same to a woman.

Chef: Waitresses are always slutty.

Me: (To my friend) Hey, wasn't your sister a waitress?

You could simply look at the girl you're working with and give her a slight head-cock and little smile. Its a way of basically calling her a slut but as a clear joke while also creating a little tension. Hopefully, you can see what I mean by simple situational sarcasm/teasing.

Make it playful and do it in the moment. Don't try to come up with something ahead of time, just look for something to give her shit for. Don't insult her though.

If they giggle in a funny way, imitate it. If they get lost, make fun of that. Any stupid little thing. Nothing substantive. A neg is different. Most of the time there's no need to neg.

Unless you got the voice, calling her a bitch comes of as insulting. It can used for third persons like "That bitch" with an over expressing surprise when she is complaining about some other girl.
