For the last 2 years my annual physical showed my testosterone numbers a little on the low side. Im a 45 year old fit generally healthy guy. My levels have been low 200's, and the doc said the should be in the 300-500 range.

I usually feel good, but have had some trouble "keeping it up" the last few years, and notice it takes more stimulation to do so. I do experience some down moods and tiredness at times. Could be to regular daily lifestyle. I am a website developer.

My question is...

The cream prescriptions my doctor calls in keep getting declined by insurance. I recently saw in Walgreens over the counter supplements which i had no idea existed. One was called "High-T" and there were a few others.

Anyone have experience with these? Are they just temporary relief or do they actually aid in producing Testosterone safely?

And of course, i will consult with my doctor if i decide to try them.
