I have had my blood tested a couple times and asked for that to be included. What I found was that, while my levels are higher than they used to be, they are arguably still low. I don't have many symptoms of testosterone deficiency (antidepressants might have something to do with that) but the level is definitely on the lower side. Results from the most recent test were: 72.9 free T/390 total T.

I workout a lot, including lifting although summer was mostly cardio because I do half marathons and triathlons. I probably drink more than I should and I know that can affect it, but I do eat relatively well and have been doing alright at holding my macros.

I have tried talking to my doctor(s) about this but they won't touch the issue with a 10 foot pole. I was denied speaking to an endocrinologist because 390 is considered "normal" even though the actual average for guys my age (27) is in the 600s for total T. Can anyone help me make sense of this? Any suggestions on how to proceed or improve it?
