You don't need any confidence to go to the gym buddy, just go. You are a bit overweight, you're not a 120kg fat fuck so most people won't even notice you.

Also as a begginer i strongly advise you to pay attention to your form on squats and deadlifts. The exercises are amazing but if performed incorrectly they will fuck up your back over the years.

Eat around 2200 calories a day, track your calories (Download an app). Around 150g of protein a day, you don’t need whey if you’re hitting that with normal eating within your calorie limit (It’s filtered milk, it’s not some magical elixir)

Full Body 3x a week, track your lifts and progressively overload. (Google what I mean)

Check out someone named Jeff Nippard on youtube. He has a TON of information regarding fitness at all levels.

Focus on weight lifting, steady state cardio and also do HIIT 1-2x a week.

There are different types of whey proteins. For post workout, take 30 grams of super fast digesting carbs and a hydrolyzed whey isolate. That digests super quick. It is normal to feel hungry afterwards, that means your body shuttled the nutrients to your muscles.

You’re crazy fat, start walking 10000 steps a day and don’t even bother with any weights until you can do 20 pull ups and 50 push ups with proper form; and overall, if you want weights, go to gym.
