I wasn't there so I don't know for sure, but I'm 90% sure that following her to the other club made you look needy and clingy, EVEN IF she invited you over there.
I wouldn't have left for the club, I would have gotten her number and then hit on other girls. She'd probably text you back around 2 am for the booty call anyway.

You lost attraction at some point. With the limited information you've provided it's going to be impossible to pinpoint the problem exactly, however girls don't just stop fancying a guy because he didn't try to fuck them after 30 minutes.
My guess would be you became too invested and displayed too many beta qualities. I wouldn't have let a few bar sluts decide what I'm doing for the night.

I had a realization this weekend that making out should be kept very short, used to build sexual tension rather than releasing it. You should always be the one to pull away first. Same goes for any conversation, pull away on a high point.
If it's early in the night you should have the mindset of meeting more girls instead of pushing for an early close. Once you are in the new club you should be gaming new girls.
Not sure what "chatting normally" is for you but it's a great chance to learn about her / get rapport. Usually it's too loud to do that inside a club. Really, if you're the one person during the night that actually knows shit about her and cares about her, you're not a "random guy" anymore and she'll feel much safer going home with you. Maybe you were afraid to get personal and she sensed it. I usually find that a "normal conversation" attracts a girl to me more.

Yes feeling her up can always be done covertly, and not necessarily on her tits/ass. Other zones can be equally erogenous and much better for creating sexual tension, like the neck, hips, waist, hands. Not just the zone but the type of touch as well, a little scratch or an almost-too-hard squeeze can be very suggestive, even when you're just holding hands.
Grinding is more overt so be mindful if her friends are around. You should treat it like any other escalation: it's about teasing and building tension not about "cashing in" or "make her horny by rubbing her". For the girl, arousal and sexual tension are mostly mental. However, depending the setting / how dark the room is / how she's responding you can drop all this and get pretty heavy too. If the club is otherwise dead, or if she's ready to leave, if logistics are sorted out, you can propose "let's get out of here."
Also grinding is a good time to let her "experience" your dancing skills, if you have any.

Yeah mix of bad elements like you going into her frame when she invited you to another club and it being early. She was riding with her girls so there was probably pressure to continue looking for hotter guys. If you had invited her to a different club it might have been different. As was already said, you were too clingy and took the follower role.
