I'd focus on learning how to get inner peace instead.

I try and think about it like where you don’t want to release anger and rage, at work, your boss or land lord. It might lead to consequences outside your control.

In the gym is a good place to start. Imagining pushing the bar as pushing someone you hate away from you is my favorite weight to push.

Go see a therapist and figure out what is causing your anger. That will be the most cathartic and best use of your money that you will ever spend.

Get into some self therapy and figure out where your anger is actually coming from. You need to figure out who in your life caused it and deal with that, pushing it down will just make it get bigger and bigger. So will taking it out on random people, weights or the world.

If you want to hear some conversations of people learning about how shitty their childhoods were and figuring out who they should really be angry at I highly recommend Stefan Molyneuxs’ call in show. It helped me get started with self therapy.

Channel your anger into your work. Go take walks into the darkness. Into the middle of the woods. Go scream and yell at the top of your lungs. Do whatever the hell you want. If it's a loud place, shout as loud as you fucking can, and nobody will look twice. Trust me, it won't be a one-time thing.
