Robert Greene talks about playing on the insecurities others have to make them "feel good."

That shit works, and works especially well on women. You just have to recognize when and how to implement it properly.

All girls have insecurities. Every single one of them. They obsess about their flaws all day and night.

Literally every 9 or 10 I've gotten, I complimented an insecurity. I didn't compliment them in general, and certainly didn't open with a compliment. Especially with hot girls, that doesn't work.

The most recent example I can think of was a stunner, but she had a full blown retarded donkey laugh. "EEee haaaaa eEEee haaa snort" type of bullshit. She was doing everything she could to hide it, stifle it: hand over the mouth, biting her tongue, etc. It was obvious she was insecure about it, you know she was teased as a kid over it.

I found it fucking hilarious. She'd realize I was laughing at her in no time, so I had to cover my ass.

"Your laugh is fucking adorable".

That's all it took. Insecurity disappeared, no more tongue biting, no more hand over the mouth, she was letting loose and we were laughing until our sides hurt. She was instantly comfortable with me. I was instantly different than the thousand guys that showered her in the usual compliments.

Every time I ask that question most of the TRP Endorsed members say that you shouldn't EVER compliment a women, but you should give her subtle cues that express your interest. It's never worked for me, I've never gotten a girl that I didn't compliment.

It's absolutely retarded. If you see a girl you want to approach what are you suppose to say? "Hi, I just wanted to come talk to you for no apparent reason?"

I would say you should compliment. I find it funny how men in here and in the main sub talk about shedding your ego yet they can't even tell a girl they find them attractive.

There's a big difference between a random compliment that does nothing more than provide a little validation and playing on people's insecurities and you don't have to be very knowledgeable about dark triad traits to see this.

I use it all the time on girls that I don't want to sleep with.

Never compliment a physical feature, just compliment something they've obsessed over or can change.

Like I needed a girl to play a trick on another guy in work. I did the usual shit sandwich, using her (AWFUL) fake tan and (AWFUL) drawn on eyebrows to get what I wanted her to do.

Compliment girls around the girl you are interested in, if you need to use it out and about.

There are times when you should compliment girls. I agree with the guy who said compliment an insecurity. "That's cute / adorable / hilarious" always works.

I compliment my plates. Call her sexy before I fuck her or compliment her on something she actually did. I won't give genetic compliments (stuff she was born with and naturally looks good). Your hair looks good today, stuff like that showing you notice. I am sure a lot of TRP hates compliments but I really only compliment my plates that are deserving of it.

There is nothing wrong with them. A plate of mind who actually happens to be a pretty cool chick has such anxiety about what people think about her work. We fucked one time and as we were laying there she obviously wanted to test my comfort abilities. She had a specific client for work she was worried about

Instead of me saying "oh you're so good at what you do" or "you're the best, don't listen to them" I just said simply, "Just go in there and kick ass and own the room, everything will be fine." The smile that came over her face was priceless.

Moral of the story, don't compliment with blanket statements, let compliments show your leadership. Telling her that she was good at what she does would be empty since I've never seen her work.

For female friends/collegues it does work like with anyone to be friendly and complimenting them. However, to a woman there is a strict distinction between a man she likes as a friend and a man she wants to spread her legs for. She could never do the latter for the former man. A whole another strategy is required for this whole another type of relationship.

At most you may occasionally make a very sincere compliment to your LTR girlfriend, and only after 'good' behavior.
