I think at this point most of us can probably agree that porn is unnatural for us and bad for the psyche but how do y'all feel about semen retention? What are your experiences with it? Do you think our animalistic/sexual urges are natural and should be embraced or something we should overcome and utilize semen retention to gain more "power" (which could just be a placebo affect)

Edit: I know the idea of it giving you super powers is BS, that's just an exaggeration some people that practice it say they get. My point is people that retain their semen say that they get a boost in energy, confidence, clearer skin + higher testosterone and other benefits (which again could all be placebo). I think there's too many people that vouch for it for us to completely blow it off (unless they're suggesting super powers) and we have a duty to see if it's something that can benefit all of us or, again, your beliefs about how it will affect you attracting that reality (law of attraction) if you even believe in that
