Applying TRP and seeing results but can't close the deal with girls just yet. I am 27.

Need advise on what I am doing wrong. For example,

I am at a party and noticed the hottest chick in the room was being hit on constantly by various buffed up beta’s and she kept rejecting them and wanted to leave the party.

I approach her and introduce myself and say I am leaving and I can drop her home. She agrees.

I am not very good looking and I am on the fatter side but I am doing very well financially cause of my business and it shows by my really nice car.

Her mood significantly improves after she gets in and she starts bitching about the party and the guys hitting on her. We talk about each others lives. When her house approaches, I tell her up front I want to see her more often, she responds with the lets be friends, I tell her that I am looking for more than that and that she should think about it.

A week goes by and I message her late at night, she responds within an hour saying hi, how are u? thanks for dropping me the other day, You are friendly and nice but I am looking for a particular type of guy and you are a nice guy but not my type, lets just stay friends and meet at parties.

Is this a shit test or a rejection?

FYI, I assumed it was a shit test and replied saying I am also looking for a particular type of girl, a girl who is smart enough to realize that I am not a nice guy...and that it sucks for her if I am the nicest guy she has every met (this was taken from trp)...

So how did I do? what did I do right/wrong and is there any future with this chick.
