Should I get a circumcision?

This is a medical call, not a TRP dilemma.

If you are in pain and there is no alternative. It is not a "mutilation" if there is a medical reason for it. Millions of men live with a circumcised penis and apparently have a healthy sex life.

I don't have a foreskin. I have no problems with sensitivity. I live in a country where 99% of the men are uncircumcised, and every single girl I have been has said they like me being circumcised. I say if there are medical reasons, research it some more, evaluate the good vs bad and make your decision

But at the end of the day, you need to take medical advice — but be aware, there are many, many doctors out their who nothing about the foreskin and will just tell you to have a circumcision. Find a pro-foreskin doctor!

See another doctor. Find a urologist - a doc who specializes in dongs and ask him if you need your pencil sharpened.

Yo, you're young I'm guessing. Early-mid teens? The foreskin feels tight because the foreskin hasnt adjusted to the size of your fully engorged dick head. This should be happening during puberty as a side effect of frequent erections. I believe that you could train to make that adjustment happen sooner, mostly by masturbating a bunch and working to stretch the foreskin where it's tight. It'll be uncomfortable, but the training can stretch the skin, similar to a stretching plug in an ear, but even easier.

Hell, get the foreskin pierced in both sides close to where it's tight, and wear heavy rings and gauge 'em. Remove and stop wearing when it's no longer tight. You can do all of this cheaper and with less dick cutting than circumcision. You can take the rings out, but you can't undo amputation.

I'd advise against getting a circumcision. Our dicks evolved this way for a reason, and you'd have to entirely relearn masturbation. There are plenty of testimonials from adult circumcision recipients you should check into. I'd consider it a last option to avoid at all costs. Dont fuck with your dick like that.
