Cut contact, if she did "love" you she will be back. No contact usually works.

Had plate acting up recenlty, she wanted drama I didnt (dont act butthurt or let her actions move you keep cool). After about two months or so, shes back.

Edit: if she told you that she loves you, thats in that moment. Remeber how women operate.

Appreciate the times you had and realized that you can do it again with someone else

also you should never give commitment to a woman because you're afraid of losing her It should be because you like her. If she was trying to force you into commitment and you withheld it it's cool too that you didn't want that.

But just as a woman who doesn't give sex has to expect that her man is going to move on eventually, a man who doesn't give commitment has to be ready for her to move on eventually too.
