Change jobs. You aren't going to get a 60k promotion staying at the same company.

I'm interviewing with multiple companies right now that are offering me almost double my salary. You need to switch companies bro. Do it once every two years or so and your salary will skyrocket.

Have a 6 figure work ethic. That's it. If you want 6 figures you'll work your ass off any way you can to move your way up and make money on the side. It's that simple.

I was in your EXACT same shoes. I had a degree in business management.

And now I make 6 figures, well basically thanks to taxes. Here is my path.

I ended up moving from a job as a personal banker making on $35k a year to getting another job as an application specialist making $40k a year.

After a year at that company, I posted my resume all over. Monster, Dice, Linkedin, and indeed.

I started getting calls from companies offering $70-100k jobs. I ended up taking a contractor to hire job as a business analyst level 2. The pay was $50 dollars an hour (I negotiated the price).

So if I were you I would either change jobs or quit your job after you find some internships that will increase your skillset. I literally quit my job at the bank making $35k to take an internship making $20 per hour for only the summer. I then left that internship because they weren't hiring to another internship making $13 per hour. I made sure to save enough before doing this by the way.

You mentioned you had a degree in human resources? I would start looking at jobs such as a human resource systems analyst or something like that. Its a little more technical but those tend to pay more. But they aren't java developer technical jobs. You know what I mean?

Other suggestions posted here are good too. But what I found out is you will never get a real raise staying at one job.

On top of jumping around, which a few people have mentioned, change fields.

Of the positions you mentioned, there's only a small percentage of each that would ever earn $100k+. If you think you're ever going to get that kind of money in HR, you're kidding yourself.

Real estate agent? You've gotta be a damn-good people-person, working with mansion-esque houses (I'm pretty sure everything's based on percentages with REAs, but I'm not sure), in a very, very cutthroat environment. And you'll be busy as all hell.

Learn some programming. I got my CS degree in '13. A few days after graduating, I was making $70k. Moved around a year later, $80k. Again in '15, where I managed to talk myself to $95k. They've given me 10% bonuses every year, so I'm sitting at $115 and I'm 25 years old. That's not a brag; I'm trying to convey that it's not that hard if you're smart and determined in the right field.

STEM, finances, medicine, and a few others are the only entrepreneurial ways of making good money nowadays.

Forget all this corporate ladder mumbo jumbo. The key is creating a business and or investing. The only way to true financial freedom. There are people making $5000-50,000 a month drop shipping via Amazon/Facebook. Take some time to learn about real estate investing. The money is there and will always be. Take some time to visit a book store and apply yourself you will come up with new ways.

Don’t ever expect microwave results in the world of entrepreneurship though.

Compounding interest. Let's say you can get a steady growth of 8% per year, which is not unreasonable. Let's say that you can live off of $2,000 per month. If you have $115,000, it'll grow by roughly $24,000 each year, covering your expenses. You'll probably want to sell a lot less than your entire expected growth though, because some years you'll gain value and some years you'll lose some.

Anyway, the point is, if you reach that point and instead of quitting your job you just keep putting a large chunk of your paycheck into your investments each month, it'll just keep growing. Give it enough years (it won't be fast though) and it'll reach ridiculous amounts.
