My current logic professor wrote his on book on stoicism in the style of Msditatuons and i have really enjoyed it so far. It's called Meditations On Self-Discipline And Failure.

Okay. So there is this thing called BOOK. Its a bunch of sheets of paper that are all bound together and on those sheets of paper are a whole bunch of words. And when you put all those words together - it creates information. You can actually BUY this information.

Jokes aside.

Read some books by Seneca, Epictetus and Marcus Aurelius. The holy trinity of stoicism. Thats a good start.

The Obstacle is the Way has been one of my very favorite books. Especially because of how succinct it is. Very well-written.
