Man I have been where you are, trust me this is literally your mind playing tricks on you and your expectations of real life beauty have been warped massively.

These girls on insta spend hours a day taking hundreds of photos, selecting 4 or 5 of those to photoshop, apply filters and change their skin quality to upload. All at the perfect angles, in the perfect light at the perfect moment. They do not look like this in real life at all. I remember me and friend sitting in a bar in Montenegro watching these HB8s taking photos. Not one of them was having a good time, they hardly spoke at all and spent about an hour or so taking a photo of their friend. They had a shit night for sure, but they got the instagram picture that would get her a few thousand likes im positive of that.

I have been out with a girl who has some absolute bombshell instagram photos in a bikini or in a nice dress etc. She was about a 8/10 in real life, but heres the kicker. I have been the bastard taking those photos, the hundreds of them out on our vacations etc, I have seen the work that goes in. How she would send them around to all of her friends so they could pick the best snap to upload, how she would delete a photo after an hour if it didn't get enough likes etc. It was mental.

I have seen that same girl, naked, with no makeup. I have seen the 'cute' little selfies she would send me hungover or before bed. You wouldn't even think it was the same girl from those photos. You need to realise that films, photoshoots, instagram and porn use heavy lighting and photo manipulation tricks as well as insane makeup to make these girls way better than they would ever be in real life.

Do you not ever wonder why you don't see these hot girls walking around the place. You can find hundreds of thousands of them online or on insta but not that many in real life at all. Thats because they just do not look like that in real life.

My advice to you would be to delete instagram and unfollow all of those porn reddit subs for a while. Try it for a month. I bet you will start to actually find women in your life attractive again as your unrealistic standards start to normalise to real life.

This is another form of porn addiction, its wrecking your natural sex drive and making you unhappy. Its entirely in your control to change this, just stop playing the game for a while.

It's ok to have high standards, to never fucking compromise. But you'll have to be realistic.

You need to level up your SMV. Money and fame are not your problem; your body is. If you start working harder on getting that ripped body, by the age of 30 you'll get model-tier looks that WILL get all these Instagram bitches wet.

I'm in the same boat. I am busy with work and have options regarding women. I get bored easily. I think it's better to be picky then to date someone long term just to do it, like most people do. Hold out until you find someone worth your time.

Work out why they're the standard that you set for yourself. Are you attracted to them because they're seriously hot, or is it because you associate greater validation of yourself if you get attraction from 'higher quality' girls?

We always want to bang the hottest girls around, but if the main driving force is validation, you'll never feel happy with what you get (or the moment you get a girl like that, you'll go into scarcity mode!).
