Oldfag here. Others will have better suggestions than I in terms of actions to take.

Consider this, though - Think of a man who was wrongly imprisoned during the prime years of his life and by some means his innocence has been revealed and he's been set free. Not that uncommon of a story, really.

What would you expect his attitude to be? What actions would he take? Would he curl up in defeat and depression, or would he take those first steps into the light with a plan and a spring in his step?

32 as of last week, started over at 30.

It is daunting, it is scary. Get the anger phase over with quickly, go out and get laid.

Like me, I doubt you have many friends who are single and happy hunters, or are in the right frame of mind to rely on as wingmen.

Start with new friends, start with self improvement, start with goals. Improve yourself. Then when you get some muscle on you, go out and get laid. Yes I know that's easier said than done when you're starting off and there are times you'll go home alone. But if you don't start trying, you're not in the game!

Similar age here. The good news is you still have time to lift and get in shape before your middle age T drop kicks in. Do it now before it's too late.
