I know, I know. Some may say go read the sidebar, but that is exactly the point. Some of us were never really naturals to begin with, and then all of a sudden you swallow the RedPill and you start seeing better results in life.

A little history...I was shit with girls a few years back. Found out about PUA and drastically improved my pickup tech. Then read Corey Wayne's book (3% man) and had my time with LTRs. Then I found TRP and discovered there's a lot more with girls (and life generally) than just spewing out words and hoping for the best. That's when the journey to rewriting and internalizing my principles started.

However I can't shake the feeling that I'm living like a TRP robot. For example, sometimes when I'm with a girl and we're just talking, I catch myself thinking "Shit test! Okay let's see, never DEER but always DARE!" Then I start working my brain to try and find the perfect response to retort back. Sure it's useful, but it damages my immersion. I find it quite distracting and in the long run I tire out and start feeling jaded. I always feel like I've gone through a long Math exam after a long (and often successful) seduction. I know it's part of the journey, and I'm simply going against my previously internalized Beta imperative, but I feel like I have quite a lot of rewiring to do in order to become what they call a natural.

Any thoughts on how to minimize self conscious thoughts on what to do and what to say next without feeling like flipping through my mind's pages like a dictionary?
