I have multiple tattoos, including a sleeve down one of my arms. Never caused me any problems, rather I'd say they show off my musculature and women visibly react to them and/or touch me because of them.

All that said, I would make sure whatever tattoo you get has actual meaning. The custom ones I have on me have deep personal meaning, and were thought out over years. Don't just get some stupid tribal tattoo or Chinese symbol or prancing unicorn or whatever just to have a tattoo. Also, I am in a position career-wise where visible tattoos don't matter, so take that into account.

Have it in a spot where you can hit it easily with clothes. You don't want it to interfere with a white collar professional life.

RP has no reasons for anything, it is just knowledge. It is always up to you to put that knowledge to work and implement it in your life. Just do not complain if something works the way RP told you it would and you thought you were smarter and it went down.

That said: You can pretty much fuck yourself up with tattoos (e.g. at work) or decrease your chances with girls because of the pictures, meanings. But that might as well go the other way round, if people are into your tattoos. Just don't choose your tattoos because of what you expect how others might react.

Either way, you will have to own it.

Just find a really good artist and don't get anything that can't be covered by a suit unless you're extremely financially secure then you can get them wherever, hands, neck, side of head (see: david beckham).

Nah, tattoo's are awesome and a perfect conversation starter. You literally have an excuse to approach any girl with a tattoo and say, mind if I check out your tattoo? If it's on her arm or hand, you can grab it to get a better look and you're automatically stages into kino.

I mean, you can already to this now, and say something like, "I'm looking into getting one soon" but it's more genuine and more of a connection if you have one yourself.

I only have 1 but it's a large 10 inch diameter piece on my chest so if a chick ever wants to check it out, I have a reason to unbutton my shirt and show off some skin.

Do make sure though that it is something you absolutely want to get. Tattoos are a HUGE investment. Not only are you getting something printed on your body for the rest of your life, but you also need to consider the money that is going to go into it, the pain that you'll be going through, and the recovery from a tattoo can be a nightmare. You need to take a few days off from the gym depending on where you get it, you have to avoid soap, sunlight, and chlorine water. It gets uncomfortable to sleep and once it starts peeling you're going to be itchy. You need to apply fragrance free lotion at least twice a day for at least a week, and just other little shit. You basically need to tailor your lifestyle to your new tattoo.

Only reason I went through all of that and didn't really complain or cry about it is because the tattoo piece that I wanted done was something that I was absolutely certain about. I knew that I was getting my specific piece on my chest so all the investment that went into it didn't really bug me too much.

I grew up in a machine shop around bikers and criminals.

They were all Alpha and they all had tattoos.

My dad had tattoos.

When I was a kid tattoos were for bikers, criminals, military, and maybe musicians.

These days, tattoos are for pussies who ask if it's ok to get tattoos.

If you have to ask? Lol. Kind of sad man.

I DON'T have tattoos for the simple reason that they don't mean anything anymore.
