Agreed with the Colgate white strips. My advice, however, is to only whiten up until "off white". I whitened mine until they were very white and now they are sensitive.

Everyone in my area seems to be going and getting fake teeth in turkey, they look fucking ridiculous, not that they do a bad job but they look completely unnatural and every cunt has the same teeth. I call them ‘ drug dealer teeth ‘. Anyway in answer to your question, the Colgate strips are pretty good, as good as the ones with the light, I think that’s just a gimmick.

Just use toothpaste and mouthwash that are "whitening". Will help whiten your teeth over time and combat the daily staining. That's what I do, and I've had a dental hygienist ask if I've had my teeth professionally whitened before.

I had my teeth whitened at a clinic 3-4 years ago and they still look great. I can't remember the name of the treatment, but some sort of strong lamp was used. I got the treatment at a discount 100-150€ and the original price was like 500€. Money well-spent.

What you want to do is get trays from your dentist. They cost more but fit nicer compared to whatever home ones you would find somewhere. Get Opalescence material. There are various authorities, from 10% up to 35%. The higher the rate, the faster it will whiten and the less time you have to leave it on AND THE MORE IT WILL HURT IF YOU LEAVE IT ON TOO LONG. 35% is like an hour. 10% can be for multiple hours.

If you have the money for it ask your dentist to do it for you. It’s much better for your teeth and looks better too. They make a custom mold for your teeth. I got it done last year and yeah it’s worth it. You’ll look healthier and cleaner.
