I got braces when I was 30 and I totally recommend it. I didn't have invisaline, just the good old fashion metal, brace face braces AND I had them on for 3 years. It sucked in some ways having to go to appointments and such but, man o man, was it ever worth it.

Invisaline is going to save you some of the embarrassment of being an adult with braces. You have to be aware that having braces as an adult is going to mess up your game a bit and you'll need to work to overcome that. Don't let that bother.

I'm 54 now and get compliments on my teeth from women all the time. They still aren't perfect but I keep them clean it looks a million times better than the snaggle tooth smile I had before.

I can't speak to veniers but I would suggest meeting with a dentist and outlining your goals and deciding from there.

Bad teeth are a total turn off and are going to lower you SMV drastically.

I highly recommend invisalign. I wore them for 1.5 years and my game did not suffer, and now I get compliments about my smile. You are required to wear them at least 22hrs a day. On some occasions I took them out when I was going to the bar. Most of the time I had them in and no one noticed.

I did Invisalign. Cost at the time (7 years ago) was 5K. Best decision I made. Got rid of a gap in my 2 front teeth. They don't work as good as normal braces but when I would have a date or go out I would take them off. I stopped wearing the retainer and they shifted and are not perfect anymore but they look pretty good. If you can be a recluse get normal braces but if you want to freedom of being able to take them off when you go out etc then get Invisalign.

Military did porcelain veneers. Love them. My orthodontist had fucked everything up and my teeth were still crooked AF. Now they're straight, white, and even.

I did the good old fashion braces @ 35 years old... still wearing the retainers. It sucks at the beginning, but eventually you'll get used to them.

Do it! it's a huge confidence boost when people tell you that you look a lot better :-)

Had 2 years of braces in high school one of the best decision I've ever made.

Having perfect teeth skyrockets your SMV. I legit have girls come up to me & ask me to smile.

Got porcelain veneers back in 2012 on my top two front teeth(maxillary central incisor). Was always self conscious about my smile due to having a large gap. Every since then get compliments on my smile on the regular. It definitely had a major boost to my confident and makes you more conscious about oral health. They are pretty pricey, I think I paid $700 a tooth (NYC) but was able to afford it by applying to "Care Credit" which my dentist accepted since my insurance didn't cover cosmetic surgeries.

29, just had braces put on 2 days ago. So far so good. A little sore and eating certain foods can suck but I'm hoping it pays off in the long run. Strolling into your mid 30s with a beautiful smile can only help raise your smv!

My buddy has veniers and he ALWAYS gets compliments on his teeth. His tinder pics show his smile and he matches with damn near everyone. Teeth are HUGE to women! Esp since so many quality women are in health and dental fields.

Had them from 16 to 19. My first year of college sucked and no one took my seriously. Started lifting, got my braces off, and found red pill. Safe to say life is going great now.
