Been reading the sidebar, noticed one of the principles was "men are built to seek unconditional love, the kind they got from their mothers, whereas hypergamous women just aren't capable of loving men in that way that they want."

Based on that assumption, wouldn't that imply that male-male relationships are far more problem-free than male-female, since the two men can love each other "unconditionally," in the way they both seek? Yet, it doesn't seem like they're having a much easier time of staying monogamous than straight couples are. Why is this so, and does this disprove the male vs. female love dichotomy that we take for granted?
