tips for improving eye contact and more importantly keeping the chin up

Hi people

After lurking for almost 2 months and reading most of the sidebar, I now know how important a strong eye contact and keeping the chin up are.

Any tips for keeping the chin up? I have hard time doing it, and it effects my eye contact too, I feel like I look the person from a lower level.
