I started Squatting heavy weight a week ago and that helped me. They hurt enough that I am not bothered by most things after.

Joining an aggressive team sport also helped because you get shouted at so much.

Anything physically difficult, in my experience builds a tougher frame. Take actions that force you to confront aggressive people or situations.
