Can you decipher much from a plasma testosterone check? I've been feeling fatigued , low motivation and concentration for a while.I'm having blood tests for thyroid / deficiencies etc but they said they would also test testosterone.However they said the UK NHS can only test total testosterone.

I had a test two years ago from this and my plasma testosterone was 23.3 nMol/L (Normal range 8-30) does this give sufficient information of could there be a problem with other areas , free tests , LHS etc?

AFAIK, eat good fats (read somewhere that test and other hormones come from good cholesterol), be lean at healthy BF levels, and exercise.

However that won't increase your T levels over what's normal for your own body, if you have some sort of hormonal issue or your body just won't produce numbers on the high side of the normal range, these things won't make much difference IMO.

Pretty much yeah:

Solid regular sleep
High fat/ High protein diet
Plenty of green vegetables (Blending works really well for me)
Low rep high weight exercise regime.

or/and r/steroids...
