There is a strong psychological side to it. If you are not in the moment, if you are overthinking your moves or trying to analyze her reactions, it can be a problem. I run into that with new girls. But I never saw it as a problem. If she is waiting for you to cum, you may have to work on your moves. Also, while there is no point in faking an orgasm, once both of you are tired, just go to the bathroom, trash the condom and clean your dick, she won't investigate if you actually finished.

Now, for the physical side, you have to know your body and find a speed and position that will get you off. Condom type, putting it on properly are factors, as well as desensitization from fapping too hard.

Your body just needs to get used to the girl's body - my experience is the hotter she is the less of an issue this is. Also that creepy voice in the back of my head that warns of surprise oopsies & crazy chicks but hey, you don't know the girl, you don't know if she'd do that.

I experienced that in my 20s. I put a lot of pressure on myself to perform, and while I was able to fuck for a solid hour (ouch), there was no cumfetti. It took being with a girl a few times before I was comfortable enough to bust it. In my 30s, I can still marathon fuck, but I'm able to cum when I've had my fill.
