Well, with the redpill honestly what your doing is improving yourself, pushing yourself to achieve higher. The redpill is the theory, it equips you with the knowledge and it is up to you to go and implement it. The problem with porn is it is like a safe zone. So many guys are afraid approaching women, so they watch porn in order to get that release. Porn is bad, because guys are watching all sorts of crazy shit that when they get with a chick they can't get a stiffy. They become completely desensitized to women because of all the jerking off. Personally for me I watch porn every now and then when I'm high as fuck and I have no pussy, but it doesnt fuck up my brain, all it does is make me more horny and want to go and actually fuck girls. If I'm to watch porn I always limit it to amateur. Because that is realistic and it keeps me having realistic goals for when I bang. With the redpill the question is "Why watch porn? Why can't you get a girl to suck you off or fuck you? You have everything you need so why are you infront of your computer?" The questions really challenge you and they make sense. If you have the money to buy a car and you know how to drive a car, why take a bus?

If it's working for you, it's working for you, that's all. Sometimes people get a little carried over with porn, there has been many people who already said that they went overboard with it and now masturbating is only way they can achieve sexual satisfaction or they have weird stepmom or "wivesgoneblack" fetishes. Which is quite sad, dare I say.

NoFap has its advantages (like pushing you for sexual release with women instead of safely retreating to masturbation whenever things don't go your way) and disadvantages (like becoming so obsessed with sexual urges, you'll let yourself get pushed into beta orbiter status).

So yeah, whichever works best for you.

I'm not the most red pill guy yet, but I've been swallowing the pill for about 7 months now. Being a natural beta + in a LTR made it hard for me to apply it to my daily life, but I'm single now and getting more and more MGTOW every day.

Now if porn or getting girls has been a problem for you, then it's in your best interest to try it. I say that because I've had addiction problems with porn / fapping and I wasn't the best with girls either.

For me, it seemed like NoFap gave me more willingness to do things I normally wouldn't do, which was great for the most part. But that willingness eventually led me to an LTR. Now that's where things went wrong. I didn't want an LTR when I was jerking off every single day. Also, you read a lot of posts on how men "stopped objectifying women" and what not on NoFap. That's some beta shit ...

I was completely consumed by the NoFap culture, as opposed to just getting some good advice out of it. I don't think it's good to get too involved with NoFap because it will affect how efficiently you absorb that red pill since the NoFap community is full of betas. Sure there are some betas on TRP (I'm still a work in progress alpha), but for the most part the guys here are trying to transition from beta to alpha. A lot of guys on NoFap still have that beta mentality.

What I'm saying maybe unrelated to what you're asking (unless your question is about the NoFap community and not the NoFap ideology), but NoFap ideas are great to me and were helpful to some degree. Some like it, some don't. It helped me because I struggled with girls and fapping, but that was mainly because of my fear of ED. I know now that that was just fear and nothing else, but I still was a compulsive wanker so I'm not gonna go back to that habit.

Everyone on TRP is gonna have a different opinion on NoFap. The ones who've never had bad fapping habits or considered their fapping habits to not be a problem will tell you it's bullshit. The ones who've previously had porn addictions or things like anxiety that stems from porn addiction will to you it's great and beneficial. That's just how things are. Everyone has different opinions.

I fap & jerk at least one (if not twice) a day with porn and never had any problem with girls. Period. Worst case scenario I even think makes me even more horny all day.

Maybe NoFap it's good for other people though...
