Being beta won't necessarily get her to end the relationship, it just removes any respect or attraction she has for you. If she has a comfortable situation she may continue to use you whilst messing around behind your back. Don't be a dick, just end things and look for something better.

I know how tempting it is to just let your behavior speak for you when you are too afraid to use your words. However, don't fall for this trap. Don't act out because you are afraid to speak out.
Don't be afraid of her emotions. you are not responsible for holding other people's feelings.
No matter what you do right now, you are going to need to learn how to let other people be emotionally wild (cry, scream, whatever) and not have it affect you. It is bad and somewhat stupid to just innately mirror everybody's emotions all the time.
Don't hold someone else's emotion for them just because they have it.
You're going to have to grow up some time, kid. Might as well start now, so that when you look back at this situation years from now, you will say "Damn, I handled that like a boss/with integrity."
That's my goal. I like to play situations with the active goal of "When I look back at this situation later, I will feel good about how I chose to handle it."

I am currently in a LTR that I no longger give a shit about. I am still pretty beta and can't manage to end it once and for all, I've tried but always end up backing down when she asks for us to stay together.
