I would add treat her like dog+kid or dog/kid. When she wants to get some exact behaviour out of you treat her like child and pass all shit tests. When you want some exact behaviour out of her treat her like a dog. And definetely most important of all:become man of value. If you dont become man of value all of this stuff you wrote doesnt matter. Some nonvaluable man texts only for logistics and doesnt want to text her goodmorning and goodnight text: what a jerk. Valuable man is not texting all that shit: he must be busy, working on important stuff, what a great guy. Maybe he isnt. but he is man of value. Athough he is jerk she wants to be with him because he is man of value. Things you wrote are "alpha" manofvalue behaviours. If some loser applies this behaviours he will just be loser who is also a jerk. if you are valuable man everything you do is seen in best light possible. if you are loser, even good things are seen as manipulation and lies. So, become man of value.

Your best teacher is observing someone else, a man whose alphaness comes out in his interactions with others, especially women.

Theories tend to the ideal - they look great on paper, and often easy to grasp - but reality is a bit more messy, and you'll get an overall better idea of TRP in action by observing another actually doing it. Are there any people who stand out as exemplifying the values you listed in real life? (If not it just goes to support what is said about the world becoming more gynocentric in the last 50 or so years)

By it's definition. Any guide like this would make your approaches too mechanical and therefore not seem genuine. Which means you need to internalize deeply the concepts and live the concepts 24/7.

I'd recommend a combination of: Corey Wayne's 3% Man, The Charisma Myth, The Way of Men by Jack Donovan, Shit test guides on redpill, good male role models, lifting, meditation, and LOTS of field time.

Also remember that if all of the above is still getting you low or medium quality women and you think you deserve better then you need to go monk mode and improve your SMV. Better career, skills, looks, health, male friendships. Everything. Then get back out there. Rinse repeat.
