Seriously now. You don't have to sleep with women to develop abundance mentality, you only need to experience the certainty of being able to sleep with them. Aka, keep gaming girls and ghost them once they're hooked. Or get so ripped that you catch girls looking at you with lust. etc

Abundance positively correlates with self confidence. Once YOU, recognise YOURSELF as a high value man, as the prize, you will know that if the current relationship would end, you'd go out and find a new girl to fuck in no time. There's no need to actually have plates while in LTR to maintain that, but it takes much more work with yourself.

It doesn't sound like you need to have abundance mentality in the way most people here do. Sounds like you need to maintain frame, have a stoic perspective on things, and have a strong belief in yourself. If this is even for you. Sounds like you're asking in a general fashion. To develop abundance mentality you would just literally have not place value in the desired outcome but be able to be comfortable in the outcomes that actually occur.
