Look at how she treats the waiter or the taxi driver.

Look at how she treats her family and her serious friends, their bond, etc...Chances are that's how she'll treat you in a few years.

Also gauge whether or not she has any legitimate passions and life goals, and if she constantly working towards them that's a good sign.

I think "green flags" is the term you're looking for.

And that all depends on what YOU are looking for.

My green flag might be a woman who cooks and cleans all day and yours might be one who supports herself so you don't have to. It all individually based

It starts with you creating a vision, a frame, boundaries to what women you will and won't allow in your life and sticking to that.
