Been in this situation a few times. My experience is she might... to an extent. You're now in competition with the boyfriend. Doesn't matter if you're higher value, he is still the one fucking her and building emotional comfort - that counts for a lot, especially if they have only just starting seeing each other. He's also the one she calls her boyfriend and the one she'll tell everyone she is in a relationship with.

If you entertain this you're going to need some emotional resilience, because games will be played and the game can be long. Be careful to spot when you're just validating her and/or have become one of her orbiters. Watch your jealousy too. It's a tough game to play, believe me.

Yes, the answer is yes.

If she is fucking someone below you on the SMV scale, she WILL fuck you, IF you can either give her a better LTR deal, i.e. boyfriend, not mere fuck-buddy (unless promotion to LTR is the bait), or you are good at seduction and can over-ride the anti-slut defense.

Keep in mind, if she goes for lower SMV guys, she either has low self-esteem, or she has some level of self-awareness of her true SMV, and is looking to lock a beta down early enough to be secure through her middle and old age. She may plan to cheat, or not, or it may just happen later on. I've seen it happen. I actually had a girl pass me up for a guy who was a 4, because he would guarantee her his commitment, whereas, where I initially interested, she let her insecurity DQ her into doing something stupid (I was busy one week, so she went and fucked another guy, who was like a 5.5 to 6) then I figured it out and said, well, I guess this was just us fucking then. I was pretty clueless at the time about a lot of the mechanics and dynamics. I had no idea being busy with graduate school would lead to insta-cheating, but she automatically assumed I was just pumping and dumping her.... like all the other higher SMV guys had.
