What exactly does it take to become a top twenty percent male?

strength: go to the gym 3 times a week. squat 2 plates, deadlift 3.
bodyfat: be under 15%.
grooming: trim your nails, brush and floss, get a decent haircut, shave.
dress: clean, don't overdo it. don't be a slob or too casual.
have interests and hobbies. be passionate about them.
care about success in life.
spend less than you earn. have a positive net worth. save cash every month. don't have any debt other than a mortgage.
don't do drugs and drink very little. don't do weed either.
live comfortably.
be fun and friendly.

it's really not that hard.

Top 20% is easy.

Have some muscle an no tummy
Have some college degree
Have a $50k per year job
Don’t be clingy, needy

The top 5% is harder, but what you should aim for

Be ripped at around 75-80kgs
Have a STEM or law, medical degree
Make $100k or more
Be socially fluent, have lots of good friends, be playful, be bold, aiming to get rejected by 20 girls a month at least

Income needs to be enough to live comfortably without having to worry about money. In my area that’s 80k+ physique should be at least 170 and good shape for someone who’s 5’10. Not a begging ass boy

You can do anything or look like anyone (within reason) but if your inner game is down pat you’ll pick up chicks. I know fat losers who are super fun and outgoing and they can meet girls anywhere. Just being a guy who is charasmatic takes you a long way.
