Get out google maps, and get pinching and zooming, talking about where you've both been, when, who you went with, what you did, you could riff on that for days.

Your frame is all wrong. You should approach a date not as an event where you have to perform, but as a chance to judge performance. Think of a date like a job interview. Ask her relevant questions and make her qualify herself. Answer her questions if she earned it. Insert negs and swat down shit-tests. That's all there is to it.
