Frame starts with the rules you live by.

Frame is your worldview. How you see the world and your place in it.

Frame is about who is in charge. Who decides.

Your example has insufficient nuance.

Are you yielding up your privacy because she demanded it? Or because you decided to comfort her?

Absent more details, my answer would be:

"Here's my phone. The passwords is 123abc. If you punch it in, we're done. If you don't trust me at this point, there's no reason to continue."

Frame is your reality.

When you are operating in another person's frame, you're operating in their reality.

An easy example to understand is when you're at work, since the hierarchy is so explicit. You operate within your boss's reality. Your boss controls the frame.

When you're interacting with a chick, you are either entering her frame or she is entering yours. "Shit tests" are "frame tests" because they are a test of the strength of your frame.

Example: "You're too fat." She is testing me to see what my frame is like. Is my confidence just bluster and show? Or am I self-validating and grounded in my own reality?

Her frame: I am a hot shot and this guy is a beta loser who needs my approval. My frame: I am the man, my life is awesome, and this chick's opinion of me means nothing.

If I start getting defensive about my weight, I am entering her frame. I am reacting to her and acknowledging her reality as being the "correct" reality. Same thing if I get angry or sad.

Or I can laugh at her and say: "You're right. I'm way too big for you. Look how tiny you are next to me- I would totally crush you!"

Is this making sense?

No matter what, you need to have stronger frame than your chick. Do not enter or operate from her reality. She wants a man who is better than her. It is her biological imperative that you have a strong frame, and she will test you mercilessly to make sure that you do.

Your frame is your world and reality. If you’re inviting a girl into your frame (I.e. you want to plate/LTR her) then you’re allowing her to enter your world/reality. In your reality, you’re in charge. Frame isn’t limited to women, however. Your frame moves with you, to work, school, etc.

So in regards to your question, if you like keeping your password secret, then you wouldn’t give it out to someone (man or woman) of they’re truly within your frame.

First is being unflappable in the face of adversity

Second is to draw others into your "realty bubble"
