When it comes height/penis proportion, an average height man should have at least an average size penis. Ideally, if the perfect male height of 6'3" means such man is taller than average in any country he visits, the perfect penis length should also follow the same logic. Therefore, if the most "well hung" country (Congo) has an average lenght of 7.1 inches, the perfect length would most likely be between 7.5 and 8 inches.

That said, because your height is much more exposed than your penis, heigh comparisons between you and other men will be more frequent and more severe.
