Now comes the step thats really hard but satisfying.

Some stuff from trp doesnt work for me. Everyone is different smv wise, cultural differences, age wise.

Take the stuff that works for you and keep the rest for times where youre stuck. Just try everything out and give it a shot.

You could say that now the safety wheels of your bike are going to fall of and you will learn to ride.

There is only so much reading can do.

Lift, eat well and improve your grooming and clothing.

Build and maintain good habits regarding general well-being e.g. sleep, water consumption, sunscreen.

Work hard to improve your finances.

Remove toxic influences from your life.

Create and maintain clear boundaries in all your relationships.

Create, maintain and enforce rigourous standards for yourself.

Create, maintain and enforce rigourous standards for those your surround yourself with.

Ditch or lessen time wasting hobbies. Replace them with equally rewarding but more productive ones.

Internalise TRP teachings about women's nature.

Process and overcome any anger you have toward women.

Like that's my super shortened list of things you should be doing if you've really swallowed TRP.

What do you do when you take your little gummy vitamins in the morning? Do you sit there and read the label all day waiting until you feel any different?
