About 2 weeks ago I (22M) was approaching girls on campus (got a few snapchats and numbers) and one in particular I was interested in. It seemed to go well, I approached her (21F) and told her I thought she was cute, asked if she was single, and then if it would be alright if I got to know her better. We spoke for another 2 minutes or so and I asked for her number and let her go on her way. Before she left I had texted her in front of her just so she has my number.

A day goes by and she didn't write anything in reply to the text I had sent in front of her. So I decide to hit her up.

The above seems to have gone well, particularly because she gave me a day she would be free and then she set something up for us to do, on her own without me having to say anything. So Tuesday comes around (last Tuesday) and there's all this talk about Hurricane Florence so people are honestly busy. We're both on campus and we still haven't seen each other since the time I had approached her and 2pm is near so I text her to make sure if we were still alright for 2.

That day ended up not being a great day for me because she cancelled and wanted to reschedule, my bookbag strap broke, my practice was cancelled, and I was getting obnoxious phone calls.

Anyways, Sunday night (yesterday) rolls around and no text from her. Today's Monday and she may or may not text me, the day isn't over yet etc. We have no classes today because of the Florence aftermath but classes will resume tomorrow.

So should I wait until Wednesday to text her? Send her a text like, "Hey did the Hurricane end up getting you?" (Sounds really stupid imo, if anyone has anything better lmk)

Or continue on with my current plan of No Contact whatsoever and move on?
