Lifting is the main one.

Trimming eyebrows, and generally taking care of and shaping the facial hair. Teeth whitening every now and then. Shaving the chest and belly. Using basic hair product.

For clothes i try to go for slim fit in neutral colors, fit is the main concern there. A 10 dollar t shirt that fits very well is much better than a 200 dollar one that doesn't fit well.

Main clothes i wear - grey/blue chinos with chelsea boots, nice slim fit t shirt or shirt and some black jacket. Or dark jeans with boots and leather jack or normal black jacket. Or light blue jeans with white sneakers and some blue jacket.

These are the 3 combinations and i just rotate. I was very anti fashion and clothes until 2 years ago and forced myself to learn the bare minimum, so i don't get disqualified not just by women but jobwise by people because of my dress style ( or lack of ). But i got used to it now and just stick to basics. It definitely improves confidence when i feel well -ish dressed. Then again depends who i compare myself with, i m definitely better than the avg guy, but i know a guy who is so much into it to the tiniest detail that i look like a homeless guy compared with him, lol. There are levels to everything.

Lifting. Probably has the biggest bang for your buck.

Weirdo playing games-> chad who has a personality.

Guy making edgy jokes-> guy with good sense of humour.

Incel with neckbeard-> Viking chad. Think like Alan thrall.

Lifting compensates for many beta traits (as long as you don’t chain them all of them together).

Get and maintain a decent cut. Just get a fade if you don’t have anything else.

Get decent fitting clothes- fashion is cheap now. Uniqlo has very good t shirts, and decent jeans/chinos for fair prices.

Grooming- no neck beards. Keep beard trimmed, stubble beard is the best and also happens to be accessible for most guys.

Then throw in a chain if you really want.
