Hi there! I have been hitting the gym the last few months but I am not sure on how to progress.

I started off skinny fat at 205 lbs at 6,7 feet ( 204 cm ). Didn’t really know back then what skinny fat was so I started bulking. You can see my before picture in the top left and my physique while bulking up to 236 lbs at 21.5% bodyfat. You can see in the other 3 images: https://imgur.com/a/G6pBfa7

However the bulk wasn’t really optimal. Sure I progressed and did get stronger, however my training wasn’t on point and I skipped a few workouts. My bad.

I decided to start „cutting“ down to see my progress better and because I did read on this subreddit often, that 10-12 % bodyfat is best for looks. Here is my weight loss chart:

Dropped down to 200 lbs and around 14.5% bodyfat, as you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/XQdaOEH

The thing is I really think I look to skinny already at 14.5% bodyfat. Especially in clothes I look very skinny, although I am much stronger than most of the other guys. I guess that is because of my height and it just takes longer. I get compliments as soon as I do not have any clothes on but I guess the point is to look good naked and clothed.

I am really unsure on how to progress and would love your input. Cut down to 10-12% ? Bulk again? Lean Bulk?

Sorry for my bad english
