This is called the "anger" phase. For your sake I hope you get over it. There's boat loads of fun to be had dating and fucking women. Sure, they're not what you "thought" they were, but that doesn't make them a "shit product". Dating and fucking women can be one of the most fun parts of life if you can get your feefees under control and enjoy them for what they are.

Also please don't be one of those guys who reads trp and then assumes that you have any great value. Sure we talk about the "negative" traits of women a lot around here, but most guys are just as flawed. In fact it's males and our broken masculinity that is the real problem here. Sure, we can blame feminists and single moms for this, but really it's the collective failing of a massive decades long shit test on a global scale that has lead us to this point. Previous generations of men have failed us.

As for jerking off, extreme moderation is recommended but what that means for each guy is different. I notice very real hits to my energy and charisma (which may be from T or from a psychological aspect) if I go more than once a week. But no one cares what you do, it's just anecdotal, just don't b.s. yourself ... Really pay attention to how it affects you the day after.

How are you ever going to have anything you want in life if you're too scared to say the truth out loud. Let me help you:

"I, makemoneyfuck33, have had a life of frustration and dissatisfaction. I see beautiful women and they don't even notice me and it's just not fair. I feel like a loser and I want to give up...while secretly still trying to improve in hopes that I do someday get laid, which is what I really want but am too afraid to say."

Guy I'm not trying to be harsh, but taking a 30sec glance at your profile it's obvious you are on a precipice. You're either going to give up, decide women are the problem and waste the next decade of your life with those losers on mgtow, while secretly longing for intimacy of course, OR, you're going to fucking persevere, lift heavier, work harder, and do everything in your power to build a life that you're proud of and become a man that women want to Fuck.

It's not easy, but this path of self delusion and pity is much much worse and will lead to so much regret down the line.

Say it with me: I want to get laid. I want to Fuck girls. It hurts that I've been rejected so much. I wish they didn't have this power over me.

It's ok to be honest about this. Much better than pretending.
