When do girls actually start noticing you?

They always notice you but as your appearance improves you will get more approving IOIs but they are usually nearly hidden or very subtle unless you are in a locale where it is appropriate to signal men...ie, bar, club, party, social gathering, etc. In everyday situations, unless you are dealing with very young teenage girls who have not learned to control their signs of attraction, the signs are usually extremely subtle and almost impossible to recognize. The older the girl the more they are able conceal it.....

But here is the thing too, it will take YOU a while to actually develop the ability to spot them, then another length of time before you actually believe that it was what you saw and third, more time that it was meant for you.

And women are very good at being ambiguous in their moves...asking a question\starting conversations\making a comment, proximity in your field of view, coy smiles, etc during the day are about the extent of the interest from real women outside of teenagers and very young college students.

Some very subtle examples from the past month....

Random girl sitting near me asks at a new restaurant we were trying....."So you are having the quesadilla. Do you come here often?"

A girl comes to pay her tab at a outside bar and stands completely facing me and away from the bartender taking her payment, trying to appear to be staring over my forehead and lingers there until I look at her then she gave a small grin.

Was in a large clothing store, rushing to get Christmas when a cute sales girl smiled and said "hey" as I rush by in an aisle in the back to go pay for my gift.....<always questionable as a IOI because she is hired to be nice>...but that changed when I get over to the checkout, waiting for the person in front of me when she appeared all the way from the back of the very large store, walked up to me and said I can help you with that over here....she said later that yeah, she couldn't think of any other way and it wasn't even her job to check people out.

They are likely there, but you are just not noticing or believing them. Also do not look for 90% of the fantasy stuff you see on the PUA videos or posts on the internet which claim that the girl is going to look like the models in shampoo commercials waving their hair around and licking their lips.

Not a model but you need to lift for a few months and not be fat or have bad hygiene.

It's not that hard to look better then most guys and get a few IOI's.

They notice you when you out-compete other men and when you sound and look like someone who will control her because she wants that. If you aren't that you're nothing to most women. It's their instinct. It's not 100% but maybe 98%

Ya, it helps. If other men do and they're your competition you are sunk.

For me it was after l got my self confidence back and fixed my posture , and dressed well , l would look girls straight in the eye and they would smill back

We all tend to become how we have believed ourselves to be.

You see yourself as "socially invisible." You have for a long time, since early childhood, I'd wager.

Big surprise, you don't talk to other people much less ask them to actually do things for you. This makes you boring and irrelevant.

Therefore Effect: people ignore you because they know you're boring and irrelevant.

Stop acting boring, invisible and irrelevant, and people won't treat you that way.

Get lean (10% BF or less). Have a lean face with a chiseled jawline. That is the main thing that will get you noticed in public, insofar as you are fairly handsome to begin with.

As long as you are not undermuscled, the main thing is to get lean as fuck. Once you are lean, then you can focus on lifting to add mass to your frame.
