There isn't ever a sure thing before hand. The only sure thing is when you're inside her.

You don't do it again. Next time you'll remember this. Whatever you do, don't get hung up on her because this happened, it will happen again with someone else, just make sure you remember this and actually act on it when another girl comes onto you like this.
