I did for a while. Tbh it's a waste of time. Just fap once or twice a week no porn. Keeps you sane. Also you last longer in bed.

Everybody has his or her own addiction(s). Just few people knows about his or her own. Others does not admit it to self.

There are a lot of addictions which gives you a state of "trance" or "instant gratification". There is smartphone addiction, internet addiction, cigar, drug, alcohol, video game, and yes, even porn addiction.

Porn was mine addiction. I had to quit, it has slowly ruined my life. Through NoFap I have found TRP btw. They have some in common.

It could be wise to be open minded about stuff you find. If you like it, take it, if you don't, just avoid it. It is that simple. I do understand that NoFap is not for everyone.

If an alcohol addict would said to me that he did not drunk for 800 days I wouldn't understand because drinking does not affect my life. If I would say to him I don't watch porn and don't jerk out, he wouldnt understand because jerking does not affects his life.

We are all different and we have different demons to fight with. If you don't find the symptoms on yourself which theoretically caused by porn addiction, maybe NoFap is not your thing.

I understand that jerking is feels good and stuff, but as I could say to an alcohol addict that drinking 1-2 beers on the weekend has nothing wrong, he could say to me that jerking of 1-2 times on a week is not a big deal.

Be open minded, find the solution to YOUR problem, and do it.

Did it just to maintain discipline but it can become a distraction just like fap. In the long run, the goal is to stay focused on your goals / avoid distractions so occasional fap is fine.

Listen....as long as you're gonna use a hand, why not use some girl's hand/mouth/holes.....I mean you could even game a HB2-4 for that.
