I'm assuming you feel guilty because you don't feel satisfied in the amount of women you have sexual relations with and that you had to rub one out because you didn't/don't have a girl. Maybe you you have been socially conditioned that masturbation is wrong from your upbringing? Because you're using it as a replacement of sexual activity, not something complementary. This is what NoFap does when I say they miss the forest from the trees. Everyone there used fapping and porn as a replacement for their shit sexual life or lack of. Some top posters from married people who identified themselves with porn addiction are happy their "love life became better after nofap", but that's because they sexually starved themselves so much they ended up accepting the sub-par sex their wife offers as the norm.
