Be a man and do what you want. If you don't want to be with her, then you shouldn't. It sounds like you have a little bit of them feelz in you but you can overcome them. Hit the gym, fuck other women and keep yourself busy. It already sounds like you can actually get laid so fucking other woman shouldn't be a problem. Just don't turn into a wimp after breaking up. And never ever get back with her if you decide to leave her. She won't respect you anymore.

For your question, yes, it is possible to see other women when you're in love.

It's not healthy and it's not moral though, if you really care about that.

I've been there, you'll slowly but surely drain yourself and you'll drain her too, emotionally.

Why would you want to drain her if you truly loved her, in a portion of your life?

Do you really think that's how a real man handle his relationships?
