I have been working at a hospital for 6 years, cleaning operating rooms in a team. ur supervisor is leaving next week, and my manager promised me his job. I just found out today that they hired outside for the job, and didn't even tell me about it. I'm fucking pissed. SHould I talk to the manager, leave, or just grin and bear it?

I make more money with my side job training drivers for lyft, am about to get my real estate license, and have a bacheors in Human Resource Management. I am thinking about quitting, and focusing on my other pursuits. What do you guys think?
