This girl is getting validation from keeping you interested. She feeds you JUST enough attention to get you to pursue, then fades.

You can just "next" her and go zero contact, but if you want to play this a bit, here's what I suggest.

The next time you text her, do not respond. When she hits you again, ask "Who is this?" When she responds, wait. At least a day. Then, make a date. Dont' engage her in conversation. Just set up a date: "I'm going to be at X place at Y date/time. You should come."

Then zero contact. Make sure X place at Y date/time is something you can have fun doing alone or can meet people. If she doesn't show, you have fun meeting people. If she shows, isolate and escalate.
