My experience with NoFap is it just makes me horny enough to want to fuck anything. That's not good for me because I have very poor self-control. So I'll fuck a HB5, and then immediately regret it once I've had an orgasm. Meanwhile there she is, still in my bed. I should have just jerked off instead of asking her to come over.

That being said, I am taking a break from watching porn. I think it has fucked with my head, and there are plenty of real studies that show that watching porn can have a negative impact on your life.

I feel like NoFap is for people who fap excessively and/or would rather fap than go out and socialize. For most of us, fapping is a part of a normal, functional life and it shouldn't be discouraged if it's not causing a problem.

I personally moderate the amount I jerk off to a couple times a week and I doubt I would see any benefit in stopping entirely.

I don't think it's good to be in the habit of jerking off daily. Basically the only time I jerk off is if I'm going to hook up with someone and I haven't been milked in more then a few days.

Two weeks is probably the longest I've gone so I didn't get any super powers but when I do nut now it's a good ol time vs. "Meh" when I was doing it once or twice a day.

I think most people that do nofap choose to do so because it’s the path of least resistance. Instead of putting in the hours at a gym or actively thinking about your diet or practicing social skills, you just withdraw a single behavior and expect results. It’s retarded. I think you should avoid porn but if you have to manually bust a nut every so often there is nothing wrong with that because it will make very little if any difference on your road to success
