How do I deal with public altercations as a man.

Say I am in a long queue, and a guy jumps the line in front of me. I call him on it, and he tells me to fuck off. The people around me are cowed and do nothing.

How do I handle this situation?

I feel like i don't have a purpose in life; mundane day-to-day activities are starting to nail me. Work. Home. Sleep. That is my routine at the moment. One of my two jobs is slowly killing me, I know i am wasting my time there but it is a stable income for now. Any ideas, suggestions, personal experiences will be read.

Okay guys I'm needing to work out my nutrition. Macros are a random term to me and I get lost in calories and kilojoules. Previously my training consisted of heavy lifting, sprint work (former footballer) and eating everything. Now I'm attempting to lean gain. I'm 177 centimetres tall and weigh 87 kilograms. I'm trying to put on 15 kilograms of muscle then cut bf and maintain weight around 100kgs with as little bf as possible. Don't know the first thing about nutrition besides lifting big and eating big but have gotten a little smarter.

Thinking about a keto/paleo approach to nutrition because I used to weigh over 100 kilograms (at my strongest) but used The Liver Cleanse Diet to slim down to under 90 kilos last year to run Tough Mudder. Now I want my weight (and my strength) back.

1) What's the best program/diet plan to help me to achieve this?

2) Where can I learn how macros/counting calories work?

3) Anyone had similar experiences and can offer up advice/tips/programs or diet/nutrition information?

I need help calculating exactly how much I'm using daily (kilojoules?) and how much fuel (calories?) I need to put in to effect maximum gain.

Okay, two questions:

I sweat heavily for no real reason. I'm certain it would decrease a little with weight loss, but it wouldn't subside (I have been at a good weight for a while about 3 years ago and it didn't let up much at all). I'm not entirely comfortable with it, but I'm not a nervous wreck anymore whenever my armpits/back/face start to soak. Despite tailoring my clothes to suit this problem (patterned, dark, non sweat colours), it can still be rather noticable. I'm afraid that others will see this as me being nervous and anxious all the time. tl;dr: How do I deal with excessive sweating?

Secondly, how do I penetrate conversations? The other day I stood awkwardly waiting for two of my lecturers to take a break in conversation for me to ask a question. I don't want to barge in the middle of their talking and demand attention, as that would seem quite rude. This also happens with work colleagues or people at sporting events. I'd get back to the group from getting changed and everyone would be in their own circles. It seems weird to just stand next to them and start adding to their conversation. I've had people do it to me and it comes across as desperate. tl;dr: How do I become part of a conversation or break a conversation to ask a question without awkwardly waiting or forcing my way in and seeming desperate?

Sounds good but I'm fair busy today, plus I don't actually know who this is...

I have a pretty good idea of who it is, but I don't want to make any assumptions as I've got a new number and haven't added a lot of people to my phone book yet so playing it safe.

Either way, I think my response was pretty amateur, but I don't like the idea of being a stand-in for a date that stood her up. I do want to fuck this girl though. What do?

Also, I'm dead broke right now so that factored into my saying I was "busy".

Edit: Also, please don't direct me to /r/relationships, I've been taking advice from women for years and since come to the conclusion that they speak out of idealism more than opinions rooted in reality if you know what I mean...

I'm starting a work out regiment, I have my own equipment and such, but I'm unsure where to begin with myself, or how to change my diet to better suit building muscle. I'm already a thin guy with a high metabolism, I'm 5'6" and only 115 lbs as of today. I just ran 3.5 miles, and drank a protein shake.

What can I do to improve, and increase my motivation?
