I suggest a reframe starting tonight.
From now on in FRs, "I failed a shit test" becomes "I learned something."
I think that shit tests, when you first learn to recognize them, can create mini sticking points merely because you're now able to spot them for what they are.
"Holy shitcakes!" you might say to yourself, "this is a shit test!"
Then you learn something because you stood there all wide-eyed instead of keeping your cool.
Also I like "I learned something" better because it removes the "will get laid/won't get laid" dichotomy from the situation, thus placing the power of what you do with shit tests back where it belongs: with you.
TLDR
Instead of passing or failing shit tests, now you either pass or learn something. Either way, you win.
